Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
CampusFeed is a free, student-run project that gathers publicly-posted university events and uses AI to organise them by type, cost and free food. By using it, you agree to the following. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not affiliated, not official
CampusFeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or run by UNSW, the University of Sydney, their student unions (Arc, USU), or any society. University and society names are used only to describe where an event comes from.
Accuracy — please double-check
Event details are collected automatically from public sources and interpreted by AI. They can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete— including whether free food is actually provided, the ticket price, the time, or the location. CampusFeed is provided “as is” with no guarantee of accuracy. Always confirm on the original source (linked on each event) before relying on it or turning up. We are not responsible for events that are cancelled, changed, sold out, or that turn out to have no free food.
Content belongs to its owners
Event descriptions, images, and society posts belong to the universities, societies, and individuals who created them. CampusFeed links back to the original source and does not claim ownership. If you are an event organiser or society and want your content or listing removed, email us and we'll remove it promptly.
Accounts
- Accounts are optional and created by signing in with Google — we never see or store a password. One account per person, please.
- You must be at least 13 years old (Google's own minimum) to create an account. CampusFeed is intended for university students and staff.
- We may suspend or remove accounts used to abuse, disrupt, or scrape the service.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings — this permanently removes your preferences and synced lists. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what an account stores.
Acceptable use
- Use CampusFeed for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of finding events.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or break the service.
- Don't rely on it as your only source of information for any event.
Notifications
If you opt in to notifications, you can turn them off any time in Settings or in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for what that involves.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CampusFeed and its creator are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or disappointment arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing here limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Changes
These terms and the service may change over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
